Download Instructions:

1. All image sets are compressed into zip or rar packages and encrypted.
2. All packages are uploaded to the file sharing servers.
3. We mainly use the following file sharing servers:
   • Easy-Share
   • TurboUpload
   • zSHARE
   For more detailed download instructions, please refer to the individual file sharing server's Help or FAQ pages.
4. However, the technique is that using a download accelerater whenever possible will speed up your downloads considerably, although few of these servers support suspending downloads. The following file sharing servers support download acceleraters:
   • zSHARE
   • TurboUpload
   As to the other servers, you can only download files by your web browsers e.g. IE.
5. Please notice that the file's duration on all these file sharing servers is not reliable. Because on the one hand, all these servers won't promise to host your file permanently, and usually the file will be deleted if it has not been downloaded for more than 1 to 2 months; on the other hand, the servers themselves may encounter system breakdowns once in a while and usually they won't take the pains to do all the file recoveries for you, so the only reliable thing is to contact us and report your problems to us by email us through the Feedback page as soon as you find an invalid download link, and we will try to provide a valid link to you again.

How to pay or donate?

1. We endevour to provide the most fast, easy and secure way for you to pay.
2. All your payments will go through the online transaction agents i.e. PayPal or Alipay.
3. In order to pay online, you must have at least one valid account of either PayPal.com or Alipay.com. However, at present, we only support manual payments which require you to type into the To: box with our email address (which is our payments receiving account name as well) when you fill in the Send Money form. Make sure to type in the To: box with the exact visualstash@yahoo.com. (Note: If PayPal users want to pay in RMB (Renminbi-人民幣), please sign up a PayPal.com.cn account and send money to visualstash_cn@yahoo.com

4. You must also manually provide the detail information of your required item to us.
5. When we have received your payment, we will send the download link(s) and decompressing password(s) you required to your email address within 24 hours.
6. If you don't receive our email in the period of 24 hours after you have sent money to us, you can justly demand refund and we promise we will fulfill your request.
